Profile
JOI Technologies, founded in 2001, serves the North American and
Global markets providing only the highest standard of engineering
and detailing services. In 2003, JOI Technologies committed iteself
to minimizing errors while maximizing efficiencies regarding project
information in the Engineering, Detailing, and Estimation services
industry by investing in a information management system and starting
a ever evolving 100+ point QA/QC program to screen all
completed drawings.
This approach led JOIT to open an IT division within its own company and develop
project management software that is unique to the Detailing and Estimation
industries recognizing the individual circumstances and specific needs
of each client. The software enables JOIT engineers and customer service
representatives to keep all project concerns and communications in
a real time cross- referenced format so that all project information
is readily available to each engineer or project manager while accessing
each aspect of any project. Approaching information management in
this capacity has enabled JOIT Technologies to excel in Project Scheduling
and Customer Service which are important to helping us and you succeed
in business.
JOI Technologies Engineering division consists of experienced
structural engineers, detailers and estimators to perform any size
job. Although our focus was initially on Rebar Detailing, we saw
the need for Estimation services in the industry and adapted our
company to provide our customers with a complete package
of Estimation and Detailing services.
The Owner of JOI Technologies is a Professional Engineer with
over 20 years of experience in design and the construction industry
and is licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virgina.
