Our Estimating team has 25+ years of experience.

All estimates include support accessories and mechanical couplers in accordance with CRSI and ACI standards. All rebar is reported in a size and bending breakdown. A bid item breakdown can be supplied when it is required. We will provide any special breakdown requested before we begin our work.

To answer the most commonly asked question which is "What is your turn around time" we provide the following answer. Our rebar estimation can be completed at the rate of 40 tons per day to 150 tons per day depending on the quality of drawings. Obviously we don't make any money nor will it benefit you if our productivity is low. Because the quality of drawings varies so much these days it is impossible to give our customers the exact time of completion. We will work hard to complete your project within a reasonable time frame.

At JOI Technologies your detailing project will be assigned to a team of experienced professionals who handle your drawings from inception until completion.

Using our unique Project Documentation System, all documents and communication during each stage of your project is easily accessible by your Project Manager and their team of engineers, estimators and detailers. Our Production Supervisor who also has access to your documentation oversees your Project Manager to make sure all your Listings, Change Orders and Drawings are delivered on a timely schedule and within budget. Although we maintain some operations in India, Our Production Supervisor and Project Managers are based in our Middletown, Delaware office.

Our MultiSuite/AutoCad Software integrates easily with aSa and Shear97 rebar production systems. JOI Technologies also has the capability to accommodate other types of production software. Our Drawings can be produced in any standard format for electronic transfer to match your company's needs. There is no worry about document retrieval or document storage as JOI Technologies uses both on site and off site information storage and back-up to ensure that both your new and old projects are available to your company whenever you may need them.
